Since I am creating “one of a kind” pieces, I do not offer a full return policy. However, if your piece does not fit you size-wise, you can return it within 3 working days after delivery. In that case, I will issue a voucher for the amount of your purchase. This voucher can be used on the website or in the pop-up shop at festivals and parties of the Gardens of Babylon.   

*With a story Please bear in mind that many of my {clothes} pieces are made out of vintage and antique material. That means that my pieces might have some faded colors, small stains or damages. I believe those signs only make my pieces more precious.  

You can return your order/item purchased within 3 days of the delivery date. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 3-day return policy, I reserve the right not to refund you with a voucher.  

I request that you cover the delivery cost. Please use the shipping service with a tracking number and return it to the address I will email you after you contact me about the return.
